Balance: "BOSU 1-2 Leg
Standing"

Tips: Start by stepping on and off then progress to
maintaining balance on top with two feet then eventually balancing on one foot only.
Once you can control your balance on top of BOSU, you can progress to reactive
ball tosses on top of the BOSU by having a partner toss you a tennis ball.
Have the partner progress to tossing the ball at different speeds in different
places to increase the "reactive" challenge. Ultimately you can work up
to taking a shot from a weighted medicine ball toss or chest pass. I use
2-4k medicine balls depending upon the balance threshold of client.
