Flexibility: "Door Shoulder"

 OBJECTIVE:
Open up front of shoulders.
-
Stand in
doorway with one arm straight and outstretched to side.
-
Twist your
body carefully away from the door jam allowing your shoulder to “open up” &
stretch on the front side.
-
Hold
stretch 20-30 seconds then switch arms.
Tips: This is one of the easiest shoulder stretches
to perform--even for those extremely tight. Just go easy as you twist the
shoulder open.
*Note:
This exercise is intended for "normal healthy"
individuals. If you have an injury, or abnormal pain is present,
see your physician or a certified physical
