Mobility: "Jacks Without Jumps!"

OBJECTIVE: Open up shoulders & lats.

Stand
upright with palms pressing into outer thighs.

Swing
straight arms up directly over head and slap palms together.

Take palms
back to starting position on thighs then repeat.

Perform
5-10 reps.
Tips: Try to reach straight over head and
shoulders if you can so you get the maximum "opening" benefit to increase
shoulder mobility. Your elbows should be right over your ears as you
finish the reach. You can safely add some quickness to this one making it
more functional.

This exercise is intended for "normal healthy"
individuals. If you have an injury, or abnormal pain is present,
