Personal Training Client: Joel McElhannon Growing up playing football, my idea of fitness training had always been to build muscle and show how much I could lift. But as I grew older and settled into a career, personal fitness took a backseat and it was starting to show. Too many meals, a few too many drinks and no exercise had added up to a soft and growing waistline, aching joints and short breaths when I walked up the stairs. When my golf game started to suffer, I knew it was time to take action! I knew how to lift weights. What I did not know was how best to get my body back into shape. Ron’s approach is simple but brilliant. It is focused on quality exercises and movements first. It has helped me regain my flexibility. I walk better. I move better. Overall I just plain feel better. Now I’m not promising it’s easy. I never knew how hard it would be to hold my body in a still position for two minutes! But Ron will teach you the correct way to properly get your body back into shape and regain control of your personal health.
