Small Group "Adult" Personal Training with Ron Jones Small group training is a great option to traditional one-on-one personal training. The advantages of small group training are: shared cost, social support, team spirit, more fun, and an enhanced dynamic environment. While not "one-on-one" training--it's very close, and you will still get excellent instruction on technique and safety. If you live in the Atlanta area, I'm available for small group training. I prefer groups of 4-6 and have worked with personal training groups of 10 and community exercise courses of 60+ group sizes. You can workout at my fully-equipped home fitness gym or I can come to your home, church, place of business, or local parks. Parks are great areas for training too with shade, hills, and grass. I have all the equipment needed for smaller groups which includes dumbbells, exercise tubing, body bars, speed ladders, balance and core equipment like the BOSU, Reebok Core Board, wobble boards, balance pods plus other goodies. I also have Olympic weights in my home gym with a squat rack if needed. My underlying philosophy of movement is Fitness Play even with adults because exercise and fitness should not be something dreaded or feared! Additionally, I always infuse my programs with the energy of Wellness education. You don't just get a "workout" with me--you get the lifestyle of Wellness which is priceless!
