RJ Comments: I don't
normally recommend "diet" books; however, from what I have read by registered
dieticians reviewing this book, it might be the closest to a good overall
eating plan that can be followed for life. The criticism of the book
usually lies within the first two weeks because the diet requires a very high protein intake. After two weeks, it seems to be fairly balanced and
reasonable.
