I am very touched by all the recent letters of support from my Shape Up students.  To those of you that appreciate my passion for health and fitness, I must admit that my passion was ignited by my mentor Norm Hoffman.  Without Norm's influence, I would not have been able to excel in the field of health and fitness.

Never underestimate the power of a great teacher and caring mentor like Norm Hoffman...it can truly change one's life.
