2004 BC Football Personal Testimonials This has been the best conditioning
that I have ever received throughout all my years of Pop Warner and high school
football. I am now in the best shape of my life thanks to Ron Jones. I am in the best shape of my life
because of Ron Jones! Coach Jones I really enjoyed training
with you. My speed and balance increased noticeably. Thanks. Hope you are coming
back. Ron's program is not just physical,
it's one that makes you believe in your body's ability to have no limits. Great. I felt a lot of improvement in
my body--endurance and even overall strength. Before starting workouts I had serious
problems with my left ankle. It was stiff and very weak. I also kept a sore
back. After the core exercises I noticed that my lower back was feeling a lot
better. The Movement Prep allowed my left ankle to loosen up a lot and since the
workouts I've had no problems. I think the leg matrix worked very well
for me. It helped my leg endurance. I am in the best shape of my life and all of
my lift maxes have progressed tremendously. My 40 yard time even came down .25
since last August. Everything worked out great. I
especially liked all the upper and lower body matrixes. I can't thank you enough
because you showed and gave me exercise and stretches I can use in the future.
Thank you Ron Jones. I just wanted to say you improved my
speed, strength, and agility. I will keep up everything you taught me. Thank you
Coach Jones from the bottom of my heart. It was an excellent program. You did a
great job--people can only get better if they want to. They have to be motivated
and try hard even if they feel the routine is difficult. A person has to push on
through the difficulties. Excellent program! I love the Ron Jones Program. I've
gotten great flexibility and I've seen quick results in my core. I enjoyed the
push up and leg matrixes. I know for a fact I will come to play when the season
starts. Ron Jones' program was outstanding. Not
only did his program help me out physically, it did mentally. It was some of the
hardest workouts I've every done. I recommend this to anyone and everyone trying
to get in shape. Ron I wanted to thank you for taking
the time out to help our football team. I really enjoyed all of the workouts and
hopefully you will work with the team again. The whole program was excellent. I was
able to put on weight and still stay agile and keep my speed. The program was
awesome! When we started this I didn't really
think it was going to work, but I kept with it and it really helped me in the
weight room. Very intense workout. It will
definitely make or break you and will also make you a better well-rounded

came into the B.C. Football program in the spring of 04’. Coach Jones was given
14 weeks to turn athletes into even better ones. We worked with coach Jones four
days a week. He even spent time with those who wanted extra work on our off
days. Ron has spent many hours away from practice putting together workouts that
are specifically designed for football players. During practices Coach Jones
would explain every detail of the exercises we were doing, and he would even
explain the science behind it. I found it to be very challenging at some points,
but well worth it. He not only tested our bodies, but also our minds. His
background in sport psychology was helpful. Coach Jones taught me to use my mind
to get what I wanted out of my body. While training, we only used our own body
weight to do the exercises. Ron introduced new exercises and routines
occasionally, and I never found myself doing the same old thing day after day.
The training I did was all centered around the “core” of the body, and all of
the stabilizer muscles in-between the main mover muscles. I found it extremely
helpful. I started to notice physical changes in body after the first two weeks.
I was able to use the strength I gained more efficiently on the field. I have
also noticed that I walk differently now because muscles in my body are more
active than ever before. My flexibility has increased dramatically. I have gone
from bending over and barley touching my toes to putting my palms on the ground,
and holding that position comfortably. My lifts in the weight room have also
increased as well in such a short period of time. I have been working out for a
long time, and I have never had such big increases. Quickness for me has
improved big time. When I cut to change directions the stability in my body is
incredible. I have competed in sports all my life, and I have never had a coach
that cared and that has been so much involved as Ron Jones. The time Ron has put
in and the results I have gotten back are truly amazing. Thanks for everything
